Wave Analysis
The British pound continues to rally within the range 1.40878-1.42147. As long as the price remains within this range, we are waiting for a rebound from the upper trendline to pick a sell or a rebound from the lower level to pick a low risk buy position. As it is now, if the price breaks below 1.40878. Then this will be a continuation of an impulsive wave count and is still pretty much bearish both on the daily and on the weekly charts. As it is now, we are on the sidelines, if the price breaks above 1.42147, then further momentum to the upper side is expected.
