Today and tomorrow, the US Fed chief Janet Yellen will speak to Congress with the report on the economy and monetary policy. Market participants still do not know how the Fed is going to continue raising rates. Perhaps politicians will ask the head of the Fed about the actions of the regulator in case of the recession. The key rate is close to zero, QE does not give the desired effect.
EUR/USD technical analysis and forecast on June 22
The euro / dollar showed a correction below 1.13, “bears” are trying to continue to move to the lower boundary of the ascending channel. The RSI has been corrected toward the neutral zone; it is expected to resume growth in to test the resistance level. The EUR / USD forecast on 22.06.2016 involves strengthening of the European currency to 1.1350.
