The dollar’s rise isn’t going well. Once again, attempts to move upwards ended in active sales. The initiative is once again passing into the hands of sellers, who now need to use it wisely.
It is quite possible that in the near future we will see a sharp impulsive decline, driven by the development of wave 3 of an emerging downward impulse. The potential for movement in this scenario still looks very interesting. There remains a high probability of a drop to last year’s minimum. Additionally, there is a strong likelihood of a breakout and further movement even lower.
